PA ONEIDA — Oneida Township raises sewer rates to $145 monthly amid treatment cost increases. Supervisor John (Andy) Los proposed the rate increase, seconded by Supervisor James Ferrenberg, to offset rising costs from the Borough of Huntingdon and system repairs. The supervisors approved the 2026 budget and adopted the Huntingdon County 2025 Hazard Mitigation Plan.
Tim Furlong reported 31 fire department incidents in November, with the department spending $36,636.13; shotgun matches, recently resumed, are generating roughly $2,000 monthly.
